struggling
it's already halfway through term 1 and i've barely been able to breathe. what with all the marking and other non-teaching duties and tasks, i feel as if i haven't had enough 'me-time'. it was good to finally be able to meet up with friends just to destress and laugh. there are other friends whom i haven't had the chance to meet up with for more than a year. hope we could catch up soon.

and there goes 2008
has it already been one month since the new year? how time flies!
this is a much busier year at work, with more classes, more preparation, more challenges, more duties and responsibilities. there doesn't seem to be as much time available for sitting at my desk to do work, or milling around with colleagues to chit chat.
i need a lot of strength to face each day's tasks, and i pray that i may take on each challenge as it comes with a calm heart and strong mind.
