where did the sun go?
a very dear friend of mine has finally succumbed to the stress that had been accumulating in her over the year. she's on mc today. my fragile friend, please take good care of yourself. i may not be doing such a good job, but i hope i have not in any way aggravated things instead.

on a similar note, i think this time of the year is extra stressful for many of us. seems like people are struggling to hang on, make things work out right, juggling with all the demands, meeting expectations... to all the people i care about, please do take good care. drink more water, get enough rest, remember to laugh, and know that there are others out there who will be there for you.

what? one week break's over?
time flies. the one week break is over. today is the first day of term 4. where did all the time go to?
it took me quite awhile to get into the momentum of marking test papers. i guess i'll have to learn to get into the momentum more quickly otherwise when it's time to mark the exam scripts i'll probably drown... but actually, after spending the whole of sunday marking, i realise that it can be quite addictive. the more scripts you mark, the faster you can realise with one glance whether the student has answered well or not. hmm.
term 4 will be over before i know it.

manicure's chippping. think i should get rid of it...
